All standard modules included
The module catalogue
Clients, matters, timekeeping, expenses, billing, documents, retainers and reports are included in one subscription. Choose the workflows you use; there are no separate module fees.
Everything that can be installed
The catalogue.
Each module carries its own permissions — who may look, who may change, who may approve — and the firm decides which of them each designation gets. A supervisor approving a team’s week, a partner reviewing a matter and an associate seeing only their own entries are three different grants of the same module.

One connected practice
Workflows you can use together.
Organise the work
Clients · Matters · Tasks · Timesheets
Keep client records, matter details, assignments and approved time together.
Bill and collect
Expenses · Billing · Reports
Turn approved work and expenses into invoices, track receipts and review the numbers.
Manage retainers and records
Retainer · Documents
Track money on account and keep versioned documents with the right client and matter.
These are parts of the same included product, not packages to buy separately. Your firm can introduce them together or in stages without changing its module price.
Configuration without extra packages
A focused workspace for each role.
During setup, we agree which workflows your firm will use and who can view, manage or approve the work. An associate recording time and an accountant preparing bills can have different permissions within the same subscription.
Introduce workflows in stages if that helps adoption. Standard setup includes two one-hour remote training sessions, and the subscription includes two hours of assisted configuration or training per month. Unused monthly hours do not accumulate.
What is not here yet
Honest about the edge.
A client portal — a read-only area where a firm’s clients see their invoices, statements and shared documents — is designed and on the roadmap, and is not in this release. It is listed here because you will ask, and because a catalogue that quietly omits the thing you were hoping for is worse than one that tells you when to expect it.
If a client portal is decisive for you, say so during the evaluation and we will tell you honestly where it sits.
Questions this raises
Straight answers.
How is a module enabled?
All standard modules are included in your subscription. We configure the workflows and navigation your firm needs during onboarding. Activating an included module later carries no additional module fee.
What exactly happens to a module we have not selected?
We configure navigation and permissions around the workflows your team uses, taking dependencies into account. Leaving a workflow unused does not reduce the subscription price; enabling an included workflow later has no module fee.
Do modules depend on each other?
Connected workflows have dependencies: billing uses client records and approved work, and retainers respond to billing activity. We configure a supported combination during setup so your team does not need to work out a module purchase matrix.
Can we build our own module?
Not today. Modules are ours, scoped per firm — "modular" here means switched on for your firm, not a public marketplace. The discipline that keeps modules independent would make a plug-in programme possible later, and we have kept that door open rather than promising it.

A working demo takes about forty minutes. We use sample or anonymised matters, timesheets and fee notes to walk through your workflow. Please do not share confidential client information.
